For an order placed on Valoryn, you can transmit your withdrawal decision online, without connection and without having to give a reason.
The form allows you to verify the information before confirmation. Acknowledgment of receipt is provided by the online process. Receipt of the application does not mean that its eligibility has already been reviewed. You can also write to contact@valorynai.com or use the template below.
Deadlines and conditions
The principle period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract for the digital content and services concerned. Certain exceptions are provided for by law, in particular for digital content whose provision has begun with the required consents and confirmations. If the conditions for an exception are not met, your legal rights remain applicable. Consult article 24 of the Terms and conditions.
